Calisthenics Tokyo, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of privacy information (which includes personal information as well as historical information, etc., hereinafter referred to in the same manner) in the paid video distribution service operated by our company (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”).
Article 1 (Personal Information, etc.)
- “Personal Information” refers to the personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law, which is information related to a living individual, and which, based on the name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact, and other descriptions contained therein, can identify a specific individual or contains a personal identification code.
- “History Information, etc.” refers to information related to the Service used by customers, products purchased, web pages and advertisements viewed, usage date and time, usage method, usage environment (including communication status of the mobile device used for the Service, various settings during use, etc.), IP address, cookie information, location data, device-specific identification information, etc. that are recorded, generated, and accumulated in connection with the use of this Service.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Privacy Information) The Company collects and uses privacy information for the following purposes:

- To analyze usage of this Service, improve content and services, and for development purposes.
- To respond to acts that violate the terms and conditions, this Policy, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “terms, etc.”) of the Company related to this Service, and to notify changes in terms, etc.
- For guidance, inquiries, litigation procedures, and responses to disputes related to this Service.
- To produce materials and statistics for the marketing of this Service.
- To deliver advertising and promotional information related to the Company or this Service to customers.
- For purposes associated with the above.
Article 4 (Provision of Privacy Information to Third Parties)
- The Company will not provide privacy information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except in the following cases:
- When based on laws and regulations.
- When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the person’s consent.
- When it is especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the person’s consent.
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national institution or local public entity or its entrusted party in performing their duties as stipulated by laws and regulations, and obtaining the person’s consent would likely interfere with the performance of such duties.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the privacy information shall not be deemed a third party:
- When the Company outsources the handling of privacy information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
- When privacy information is provided due to the merger or other reasons for business succession.
- When privacy information is used jointly between specific parties, and this fact, as well as the items of privacy information to be shared, the scope of the joint users, the purpose of use by the user, and the name or title of the person responsible for the management of the privacy information, is notified to the person in advance or is placed in a state where the person can easily know it.
Article 5 (Supervision of Outsourcing) The Company may outsource the handling of entrusted privacy information to third parties within the scope necessary for the provision of this Service and the achievement of safe and sound use by customers. These third parties will be selected after confirming that they have an adequate level of security for handling privacy information, and necessary and appropriate supervision will be conducted through contracts, etc.
Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Privacy Information) When the Company receives a request from a customer for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use (hereinafter collectively referred to as “disclosure, etc.”) of their privacy information based on the Personal Information Protection Law, the Company will verify the identity of the customer and strive for appropriate and prompt processing based on the same law. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen per case will be charged for the disclosure, etc. of privacy information.
Article 7 (Changes to the Privacy Policy) The Company may change the contents of this Policy without notifying customers. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on the website operated by the Company.
