1. Warm up properly before exercise.

2. Attempt target progressions and aim to complete indicated reps & sets.

3. Rest 3-5 minutes between sets and exercises.

4. Do this workout 3-4 times  a week.

5. You can move on to next progression when you complete all of reps and sets with proper form.
