  • Press your one side of knee to prevent bend
  • Bend from hip, not upper back
  • Keep breathing

Forward bend + Pike compression

Do 10s + 10 reps x 3 sets!

  • Legs straight 
  • Bend from hip, not upper back 
  • Press down the floor in pike compression
