Take class to start calisthenics. Have done muscle work out so far, however it was very useful to take a class because muscle and momentum to be used in calisthenics is totally different from the one used in usual work out i.e. muscle used for chinning and muscle up are totally different etc. Daisuke teaches it very well. If you are calisthenics beginner or wish to evolve techniques, highly recommend to take the class!! (Age at 39, men)
